Caprice has major lenders, private equity and joint venture partners with whom we work closely to provide construction finance across the commercial, industrial and retail sectors, as well as for medium / high density residential, and land sub-divisions. Caprice Finance will structure loans that are flexible and practical to ensure the efficient utilisation of debt and maximum returns on equity for our clients. Caprice is committed to working closely with the developer from project initiation, which ensures each project is considered on its individual merits.

Our focus is on business partnerships. We do business with a large number of lenders (funders) and as their partners, provide our clients with highly tailored services through being able to choose from a full range of finance solutions. We also broker investment and commercial property purchases between private investors, developers and lenders.

As mortgage and property Investment consultants, we structure investments and loans around your personal needs, having access to over 50 lenders, 1500 products and thousands of investment properties.
